Symbol Exhibit: Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame / シンボル展示：カナダ・スポーツの殿堂

Winter Sports Institute located in the former Olympic Park for the  ’88 Calgary Olympic which hosted the Ski Jump, Luge, Bobsled and Figure Skiing, yes Figure SKIING, is the national training center for the winter sports.  The facility also has a museum called ‘Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame’ which celebrates all Canadian sports men and women, Summer and Winter Olympics and Non Olympic sports.

You will find a Canada’s national hero, Wayne Gretzky’s stature at the entrance of the exhibit space.

He was a hockey player from Edmonton and an all time  hokey legend in Canada.

冬期スポーツ研究所は、1988年の冬期カルガリーオリンピックの時、スキージャンプ、リュージュ、ボブスレーやフィギュアースキー（そうですフィギュアースキーです）の会場に建てられています。ここには

夏期、冬期のオリンピックやオリンピック対象外のスポーツを含め、カナダの男女の選手をたたえるカナダ・スポーツの殿堂も併設されています。

施設の入り口には、カナダの国民的英雄、ウェイン・グレッツキーの肖像彫刻が設置されています。

グレッツキーはエドモントン出身のホッケー界の伝説的な選手です。

Sometimes it is easier to compare sizes and shapes by flat graphics than actual three-dimensional objects.  This example clearly shows the effect of the graphics on this purpose.

Exhibit changes over time 2: Natural History Museum / 時間による変化を展示する2：ロンドン自然史博物館

This diorama exhibit shows the life and death of a wild rabbit in the field and the process of his/her body went back to the soil after the life end.

The diagram graphic panels over heads describes the circulation of body's chemical components among plants and animals in the nature world, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and phosphorus etc.

このジオラマ展示は、野に住んでいる野生のウサギの暮らしと、死後体が土に帰るまでの過程を見せています。

上部に掲げられたグラフィックパネルの解説図は、動植物を構成する元素の窒素、炭素、燐等が自然界を循環している事を説明しています。

Exhibit changes over time 1: Natural History Museum / 時間による変化を展示する１：ロンドン自然史博物館

This exhibit shows the changing process of the rock shape from hard edged rock to smooth rounded stone by going down the river.

They simply lined up small rocks in order and Voilà! 

The effect of the river water is so obvious, no need to explain.

この展示は角のある岩が、川の上流から水に流されながら丸い形に変化する過程を見せています。ただ石を順番に並べたただけで、ほら！

水の影響で石の形が変わっていった事が、説明しなくても一目瞭然ですよね。

素晴らしい展示です。

This big touch screen is a chronological table which visitor could search the summary of the town hall meeting of the retail giant, Seven & i HLDGS. 
Unfortunately, this facility is not open for public.
