The city transit provides the community bicycle
around the city. There are many
locations you can pick up and leave the bicycle in the city. You pay the basic
rental fee, $5 for member and $7 for nonmember when you pick up the bike Then when
you return, you pay the extra by the length of the hours you ride. Interesting rule is, they don’t charge extra if
you return in 45 (30 for the nonmember) minutes. To return the bike, you should
put your bike locked into the designate bicycle rack with mechanical lock and
pay whatever the extra. You don’t have
to return it to the same location you pick up the bike. They allow you to return to the any bike
parking around the city. Theoretically,
if you can change the bike in every 45 minutes, you can go around the city
without paying any extra.

The problem might be, if the next bike park is
either completely full or empty, you stack and ended up paying the extra charge
which still a good deal.
The city is trying hard to level the congestion
of the bicycle location by location, circling the tracks to pick up bicycle
from clouded bike parking and spread out to other parking citywide.

市の交通局は市内のレンタサイクルを用意しています。市内には自転車を借たり返却できる場所が、数多く用意されています。基本料金はメンバーなら５ドル、一般では７ドルで自転車を借りて、利用時間によって返却時に追加料金を払う仕組みです。面白い決まりになっていて、メンバーなら４５分（一般は３０分）以内に自転車を返却すると追加料金は発生しません。自転車を借りた場所に返さなくても、市内のどこの駐輪場に返却しても良いのです。理論的には４５分以内に自転車を返却し続けていれば、市内中走り回っても追加料金は発生しないのです。

問題があるとしたら、自転車を返却しようとする駐輪場が満車で自転車を返却出来ないか、空っぽで次の自転車が借りられなく、結局追加料金を払う事ぐらいでしょう。追加の料金もたいした事はありません。
市では、駐輪場の混み具合を調整するため、トラックを走らせて満車の駐輪場の自転車を市内の他の駐輪場に移動させています。
