President Barack Obama will see this globe,
Geo-Cosmos, suspended in the Museum’s open space during his official Japan
visit today. The globe was covered with
organic EL panels, which displays several globe images, previous day’s earth
image, temperature distribution of ocean currents, four seasons, old map and
plate tectonics etc.
It is a quite impressive exhibit to watch.

公式訪問中のオバマ大統領は、この空間に浮かぶ地球を本日見る事になるでしょう。地球の表面は有機ELパネルで覆われていて、昨日の地球の映像、海流温度分布、四季、古地図、大陸移動の様子等、様々な地球の様子を上映します。
しばらく見入ってしまうような展示です。
