Public Monument: Kasai / 公共モニュメント：葛西

This is the East Exit Plaza at Kasai station, a wind power windmill is installed.  The generated electric power would used for lighting up the windmill itself at night and used as part of underground bike park’s lightings.

Later I found there is another type of wind mill is installed other side of exit.

これは葛西駅西口広場に設置された風力発電の風車です。発電された電力は、夜間の風車ライトアップや地下駐輪場の照明の一部に使われるそうです。

後から知ったのですが、駅の反対側の東口には別のタイプの風車が設置されているそうです。
