In Digital Picture Book Museum, monitors are set inside a large cave like foam padded tube which some of them mounted on the wall way above the floor level, need to climb up the steps.

Inside this tube, kids will enjoy the picture book without any distructions from outside, provide safe comfortable feeling and privacy, help focusing on the picture book.  Also, the effort to climb up the steps would encourage kids for the curiosity.

Unlike ordinary picture book, digital picture books are more interactive; audio story telling, interactive graphic interface and even AR (Augmented Reality) program is installed.

デジタル絵本ミュージアムのモニターは、階段で登らないと入れないような高さに取りつけられた、スポンジで包まれた大きなチューブの中に収まっています。このチューブの中では、周りから邪魔されない安全でプライベートな空間となり、子どもたちは絵本に集中することができます。階段を登らないと入れない仕掛けは、子どもたち上に登ってみたいという興味を与えます。

通常の絵本と違い、デジタル絵本はインタラクティブ性が高くなっています。音声による読み聞かせ、インタラクティブな絵、さらにAR(拡張現実)の技術を使った絵本も用意されています。
