The Tokyo Big Sight is a large International Trade & Exhibit Centre, which located in the Tokyo Bay. 

The washroom sign in the building is well designed for the people in special needs, especially visually impaired. The black & white high contrast letter, braille, audio guide and tactile map etc.

Also, the information includes the location for the ostomate and diaper table as well.
