This exhibit is showing the interior of two-story public housing complex in late 50’s, which regarded as the most modern house in deign that time.

The introductory panel for this model was telling about a typical but fictional family who live and described what the life style back then  .

Two interior models of 1st. and 2^nd. floor with graphic panels showing the layout of the interior, front and back yard.  The model was well detailed, books, news paper and dishes are placed on the tables, that help maked  the visitors to relate the life of particular family introduced in the graphic panel.

The model works well.

この展示は、50年代に近代的な住居とされていた２階建て公団住宅の室内を見せています。

展示の紹介パネルには、この家に住んでいると想定した家族について説明があります。１階と2階の内装と、前後の庭のレイアウトを表した図が組み合わされてた良く出来た模型です。机の上には本や新聞、食器間で並べられていて、解説で紹介された家族についての想像が膨らむ演出です。

良い模型です。
