This is a big touch screen graphic monitor which tells the water circulation process in the city, evaporate from ocean, form the cloud, rainfall on the mountain, going down the river, water purification, utilized in the community, sewerage, water treatment plant and release to the circle etc.

The graphic is manga (cartoon) like illustration for easy understanding and to provide the detail information, simply touch the ‘touch icon’.

The graphic panel on right hand side is informing the emergency procedure in three categories, self help, community help and public help in case of large scale flood that become public concern in the urban cities.

わかりやすく漫画スタイルのイラストを使い、「タッチアイコン」に触れると詳細情報が出てきます。

右手のグラフィックパネルでは、都市部で最近問題となっている洪水の時の自助、共助、公助対応についての解説がされています。
