Kitchen Kives |
The most
well known Japan’s metal forging product would be the Samurai Sword which combined
layers of soft iron and steel.
The
compound of the steel structure is the key as well as countless hammering for
forging. Traditionally, the steel was
smelted from iron sand which had special property for hardness.
The black smiths adapted same technique to
the kitchen knife.
