The Souk: Central Market / スーク：セントラル・マーケット

This is in a modern Souk, a “market “ in Middle East, developed in recent years that still remind the design style of the old tradition.

The mall tenants are all small private stores, no international shops like Gap. H & M, or Starbucks are seen.

It is a large three story shopping mall, sadly, I didn’t see much activities in the upper floors.

This is their effort to lead customers to back corner of the mall....interesting.

これは伝統的なデザインを踏襲した新しいスーク （中東地域で「市場」という意味）です。モールのテナントは小さなお店が中心で、国際的なギャップやH＆M、スターバックス等のお店は見かけませんでした。

施設は３階建てですが、残念ながら、上の方の階はあまりお店に元気を感じられませんでした。

裏側にあるお店に何とかお客様を誘因する為、こんな工夫をしていました。ナルホド。
