A company called ‘acure’, JR East Water
Business Co., Ltd has developed so called the next generation vending machine
that uses a big touch screen display for visual presentation. They installed those machines at their railway stations.
All Beverage bottles are projected on the
monitor and the description of how to purchase the drink is also shown.

The monitor also function as a digital
signage that provide promotional video, recommend drinks according to the temperature
and seasons, and emergency information when accidents like earth quake
happened.
The vending machine also equipped a smart camera,
which sort gender and age of the customer and change the recommendation to
suite the user category.

JR東日本ウォータービジネス、acure、は大型タッチスクリーンを使って案内をする次世代自動販売機を開発し、駅に設置しました。全ての飲料のボトルはモニターに映し出され、購入方法も併せて表示されています。
このモニターはデジタルサイネージになっていて、宣伝映像の表示や、温度や季節に合わせた飲み物をお勧めをしてくれたり、地震などの場合は緊急情報を提供してくれます。
この自販機にはカメラが内蔵されていて、利用者の性別や年齢にあわせた飲み物をお勧めする機能も有ります。
賢すぎるのも、なんだかなぁ。
