Interactive Exhibit at the Exhibition “KOME: The Art of Rice” 4 / インタラクティブ展示「コメ展」4

Put Yourself in Flogs Shoes if they have.

This strange looking exhibit is actually a device for experiencing the view through frog’s eye.  Somewhere in the field, a set of live camera was installed and the visitors are able to see the live feed image trough a monitor installed inside the box attached to the wall. 

When visitor looks into the slot, a small rounded image, which looked like a scene from half submerged camera in the rice pad.

It attracts me every time I see “live” images, not so much excitement but hard to not ‘see’.

カエルの目線になってみよう。

この一風変わった展示は、カエルの目線を体験できる装置です。

実際の田んぼにカメラが設置されていて、壁面の箱の中にあるモニターでそのライブ映像を見る事が出来ます。

箱のスリットから中を覗くと、田んぼの水に半分浸かったカメラからの映像を見る事が出来ます。

「ライブ」映像と聞くといつも気になります。それほど興奮する展示ではありませんが、つい覗いてみたくなる展示です。
