Suspended graphic panels and display cases

They build a long walking bridge inside the exhibit space where locomotives and rolling stocks are displayed. The visitors are enjoying looking those train vehicles from the floor level as usual and more, they could observe the vehicles roof level mechanism from upper level by climb up the stairs. 

Some transportation/railroad museum sometime build the balcony from the second level for same purpose, however, this walking bridge they build is go right through the middle of the exhibit floor thus give visitors much direct access for the roof top observing.

Also, they installed the graphic panels and display cases along the brodge, extended from the handrail for keeping the enough walking width.

この博物館では車両が展示してある展示スペース内に長い歩行用の橋が造られています。来館者は、他の博物館のように床の高さから機関車やその他の車両を見る事が出来ますし、さらに橋の上に登れば車両の屋根上の機器を観察する事が出来ます。

他の交通系/鉄道系の博物館でも、似たような目的で2階のバルコニー的な所から車両を覗けるようにされた施設は有りますが、この博物館での歩道橋は展示室の真ん中を横切って架けられているので、他の施設よりも屋根の様子をより良く観察する事が出来ます。

また、歩道橋に沿ってグラフィックパネルや展示ケースが設置され、歩道の有効幅を確保するために、手すりから外に張り出して設置されています。
