Exhibit in a shop : Narita International Airport / お店の中の展示：成田空港

Because Narita is a big international airport, many foreign visitors come and go, night and day every day.  It is an ideal place to put the exhibit that introduce Japanese culture, sight seeing spots and attractions.

This is a small shop was set up by Shochiku Company who traces its origins to 1895, when Takejirō Ōtani presented his first stage play. The Company has since expanded into kabuki, motion pictures, and theater operation.

The shop in Narita Airport called ‘Kabuki Gate’, selling same Kabuki Souvenirs which also carried at the shops in the Kabuki theatre they run in Tokyo and Osaka.

In their shop ‘Kabuki Gate’, they put several Kabuki costumes on display along with interpretive texts.

この小さなお店は、あの松竹株式会社（芸能界では創業者の大谷竹次郎が最初に演劇を上映した1895年から続く老舗）が経営しています。創業以来松竹は、歌舞伎、映画

や演劇場運営などに事業を広げていったことはご存知の通りです。

この成田空港のお店「カブキゲート」では、松竹の運営する東京や大阪の歌舞伎座のショップで売っているグッズを買うことができます。

また、このカブキゲートの中には、歌舞伎衣装が解説文とともに展示してあります。
