Exhibiting the production processes 2 :Traditional Art & Craft of Ishikawa / 制作工程の展示 2：石川県立伝統産業工芸館

In Ishikawa prefecture, there are several crafts has been well established and this Traditional Art & Craft of Ishikawa exhibits best of those crafts, lacquer, ceramics, textile, silk dyeing, wood curving, metal beating, leather work etc.

On of the wall in the small corner hanged few panels showing ‘Kaga Yuzen’, the traditional Ishikawa Prefectural style silk dyeing processes. Kaga Yuzen is known to draw flowers and birds by using bright colours and the fabric usually used for

making traditional women’s kimono (dress).

では、漆芸、陶芸、織物、染色、木彫、鍛金などの優れた作品を展示しています。

展示空間の片隅に、額装でこの加賀友禅の制作工程を見せる展示がありました。加賀

友禅は花や鳥を鮮やかな色で描いた図案が多く、女性の着物として人気があります。
