This looks like a Modern Art wall, installed on the subway stations walkway wall, is actually an advertisement for PARCO department store in Nagoya.  Usually, big posters cover this type of advertisement wall, however, PARCO converted to the flashy multifunction, art, bench, public phone and 3 dimensional advertisement wall.
