This is an old biped walking robot
prototype called WL-9DR developed in 1980.
It used 16 bit micro processor and took 10
seconds to move one step.
This prototype is on display at Waseda
University’s Faculty of Science and Engineering campus with small interpretive
panel.

16bitのマイコンを使い、10秒かけて一歩を歩くことが出来ました。この試作品は早稲田大学の理工学術院キャンパス内に解説パネルとともに展示されています。
