The polished buildings must be the popular places

 This bronze 3D map was installed near York Minster, York, England.  The map guides the locations of various ancient architectures in city centre. The famous ‘bar’ walls of York are also indicated in this map.  The stonewall is the medieval city walls still standing in England today and beneath stonework lie the walls dating back as the Roman period.

このブロンズ製の立体地図は、英国ヨーク市のヨークミニスターの近くに設置されています。この地図は、市内中心部にある古代の建造物への案内となっています。有名な「バー」と呼ばれているユーク市に有る石組の壁も地図上に示されています。これは英国で現存する中世の壁の良い例で、その下には古くはローマ時代まで遡る壁が残っています。
