Tricky Advertisement: Shinjuku & Shibuya/トリッキーな広告：新宿 ＆ 渋谷

These advertisement posters were I found at the stations at Shinjuku & Shibuya.  Both were same clients and specifically produced for the particular locations (see the back wall).

The graphic images were created as if entire wall became the backdrop of the advertisement.  The key image was a hole opened on the middle of the wall and shows the view of cherry blossoms against the Tokyo landmarks and blue sky.

The construction of the graphic panel was simple. A large print out graphic was past on the Styrofoam and attached on the back wall.  The trick was the back wall pattern was printed on the graphic panel, so the graphic panel was blended in the wall.

Simple and smart.

この広告ポスターは新宿駅と渋谷駅で見つけました。同じ広告主ですが、掲示場所に合わせて作られています。

背景の壁面全体を使った広告になるような演出がされています。主体となるイメージは、壁にあいた穴から見える青空に映える桜と東京の観光名所の景色です。

グラフィックパネルの作りは、出力紙をスチレンボードの貼ったものを壁に取り付けただけというシンプルなものです。仕掛けとしては、出力背景と背面壁のパターンが一緒なので、パネルは背景に一体となったように見せていることです。

単純だけど面白いですね。
