This is one of the two building in the Mizuko Kaizuka Park in Fujimi, Saitama. The museum displays findings from Fujimi district in chronological orderar, stone tools that going back 30,000 years, Jomon pottery, Iron sward and glass accecaries from 3rd to 7th centuries Kofun period.
Their
main exhibit is a “flying squirrel-shaped pottery” which excavated from Hazawa
ruins.
The pottery
is placed in the middle of the room and a cute little animal on the pottery,
that looks like a monster from the cartoon Pokemon, welcomes the visitor.

この資料館は水子貝塚公園の２つ有る建物一つです。富士見市内で発掘された、３万年前の石器、縄文の土器、古墳時代の鉄剣やガラス玉などの資料が時系列順に展示されています。
メインの展示は羽沢遺跡から出土した縄文土器、通称「ムササビ型土器」です。
この土器は展示室の真ん中に置かれ、土器の上に乗ったまるでポケモンにでてくるモンスターみたいなカワイイ動物が来館者を迎えてくれます。
