Circular screen wall and floor

There is a small cylinder shape theatre in the Mitsubishi Minatomirai Industrial Museum.  It projects the image of earth looking down from orbit, same height as International Space Station.

The image is projected on the floor and wall that creates 360 degrees view and feel like you are floating in the space.

It is very realistic and effective trick.

三菱みなとみらい技術館には、円筒形のシアターがあります。国際宇宙ステーションのある高さの視点から、地球を見下ろす映像を投影しています。

映像は床と壁に映し出す360度のパノラマ映像を創り出し、まるで宇宙に浮遊しているようです。

現実感のあるよくできた投影技法です。
