You can meet several volunteer interpreters in this museum.  This person is introducing the detail of the history, functions and operation of the festival floats by pointing the particular detail of the float after the introduction movie is over in this theatre/exhibit space.

Needless to say, good interpreter is much more effective than any other automated exhibition system.

川越まつり会館では何人もボランティアの方がいらっしゃいます。この方は映像展示室で解説映像が終わった後、山車の歴史、機能、使い方等を実際の山車を示しながら説明してくれます。

やはり人が解説してくれるのが、どんな展示装置にも負けない一番効果的な手法ですね。
