Japan’s Inconvenient Truth: Statistical Museum /日本の不都合な真実：統計資料館

It is not a secret that the population of Japan has been decreasing rapidly and it is expected to destroy nations social insurance  system, which took over decays to build and maintained.

These diagrams show nation’s population in 1920 to 2000.  You can compare how small the younger generation’s populations VS elders in recent year.

This is not a fancy exhibit; a simple paper print out mounted in the frames.  Despite the low key looking,  still it could delivers a strong message, such as, Japan's social structure naw days are,  too little young population to support too many senior population.

It is a good example how important the contents could be, never be the aesthetics of the exhibit.

今日本では人口が減少し、このままでは何十年にわたって築き上げてきた日本の社会保障のシステムを根本から覆しかねない事態に陥る事はよく知られるようになりました。

この展示は紙出力を額に入れただけの簡素なものですが、膨大な高齢者人口を少ない若者人口で支えなくてはならないという強烈なメッセージを伝ているものです。

これは展示では「内容」が一番大切で、展示の「デザイン性」はたいした事ではないという事を示している良い例です。
